Your safety is part of our business.

We’re committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for everyone who comes in contact with Livelihood Support Services, whether they’re a participant in our NDIS program, an employee, or just visiting for an appointment.

To that end, we maintain strict protocols for all aspects of health and safety—from how we conduct ourselves in the office to how we interact with people outside our organisation.

Our employees are trained on how to recognise signs of abuse and neglect, how to respond if they see someone who may be at risk of harm, and how to report any concerns without fear of reprisal. In addition, our participants are given access to resources to make informed decisions about their safety.

We offer face-to-face interactive sessions with individuals and groups to assist in the following:

  • Important transactions such as grocery shopping, medical appointments, banking, etc.
  • Assistance with in-home activities.
  • Online program participation
  • Outdoor opportunities for physical activity and entertainment
  • Participate in the activities of the community.
